The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 405 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 47/60(A)(B)/63 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
It is alleged that on getting information that illicit liquor is being manufactured in the house of Late Mohan Sao, the police raided the house and found that Priti Kumari, wife of petitioner No. 1 was packing the wine and Munni Devi wife of Late Mohan Sao helping her.
From the seizure list, it appears that illicit liquor has been seized from the house of these petitioners who managed to run away.

No.13031 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 In such circumstance, keeping in view that illicit country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 405 of 2016 and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
