The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of difference of salary of Fifth Pay Revision Pay Scale from 1.4.1998 to 15.6.2002.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Madhubani to enquiry into the matter and if on verification it is found that petitioner has not been paid the difference of salary for the period in question, ensure payment of the same at the earliest preferably within a maximum period

Patna High Court CWJC No.18460 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
