Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A,341,323,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some ulterior motive. Parties are co-villagers.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant submits that process of sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated in the case, as such, instant anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
