The petitioner seeks bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341,323,324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant and when the informant went to save his brother this petitioner fired shot on account of which the informant sustained injury in his buttock. The injury report has been filed at Annexure-3 to supplementary affidavit. In the injury report the doctor has found oval wound of size 1/2''x1/4''x1/4'' over

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75453 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 buttock, right side of hip and oval wound of size 1/4''x1/4''x1/4'' over buttock, lower region. It has further been submitted that the injuries are simple in nature as no bone fracture has been found. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
