2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner came to the house of the informant and assaulted the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67099 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 informant and his father with Lathi, Danda and Farsa and they also threatened the informant to kill.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and they are the persons of clean antecedents. The members of defense side had already filed a complaint petition under section 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code against the prosecution side. The injuries are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
