JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2018 The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for release of payments of arrears of salary for various periods mentioned in the writ petition as also the dues under the head Dearness Allowance etc., details of which has been mentioned in paragraph 7 of the rejoinder filed by the petitioner which includes certain dues under the head Dearness Allowance as also certain dues arising out of promotion granted to the petitioner in the year, 2012. The respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that

Patna High Court CWJC No.11547 of 2014 dt.25-01-2018 2/2 some of the dues were admitted but could not be paid due to nonsubmission of the certain documents by the petitioner which are required.

In view thereof, the petitioner may submit his detailed representation raising all the claims for payment of admitted dues before the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department Govt. of Bihar, Patna, respondent no. 1 who will consider the claims of the petitioner and dispose off the same by assigning reasons in respect of the claims which are considered by him to be inadmissible.

If such representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the respondent no. 1 will be obliged to consider and dispose off the same within a period of three months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed off.
