JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 313, 341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is still ready to keep the informant-opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity and so far allegations in the present case are concerned, they are false and concocted one.

Heard learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the informant is also ready to live with the petitioner, if she is

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties that they are ready to live with each other, let petitioner surrender before the Court below on 20.04.2017 on which date opposite party no. 2, shall also remain present and the court below shall watch the conduct of the petitioner and if it is found that he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity, shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail to his satisfaction for a period of six months, during which period the petitioner and the informantopposite party no. 2, shall have to appear in the court below on each month on the date fixed by the court below and the court below only after satisfying himself with the conduct of the petitioner and also after satisfying himself with the status of matrimonial life of the parties, shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.

Let no coercive step be taken against the petitioner in connection with above mentioned P.S. Case till 20.04.2017. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
