Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pali P.S. Case No.42/16 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Bihar State Electricity Act, 2003. The Section 152 of the Bihar State Electricity Act,2003 provides the provision of compounding the offence. As such, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner would be at liberty to
