The licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. However, the petitioner has approached this Court before exhausting the remedies which are available to him under the law.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21282 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 After some arguments, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to prefer an appeal before the concerned appellate authority within a period of thirty days.
Should he do so, the appeal shall be taken up for hearing and after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, an informed decision shall be taken which shall be communicated to the petitioner. This exercise ought to be completed within sixty days of the filing of the appeal by the petitioner.
