Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a certified copy of the order of the learned court below by which the mother of the informant has been granted regular bail. Let it be kept on record.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 311 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his mother has cheated the informant in the name of job. It is further alleged that the accused persons have taken money in the name of job.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the mother of the petitioner has returned all the amount to the informant and it is clear from the impugned order of the court below by which the mother of the petitioner was granted regular bail. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ahiyarpur P.S. Case No. 909 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
