The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.03.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Amrs Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, one country made loaded pistol, two live cartridges and other equipment used for preparing pistols were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has maliciously been framed in the present case and the investigation has already been concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is made accused in one other case, in which he is on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62541 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific accusation.

Considering the nature of recovery, period under custody and the investigation already being concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.
