(Maintenance) Case No. 34 of 2010, the petitioner has been asked to pay sum of Rs. 3000/- per month as maintenance allowance to Opposite Party No. 2, the petitioner's wife, in exercise of power under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

I do not find any legal infirmity in the said order requiring this court's interference in criminal revision jurisdiction.
