2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 05.09.2022 passed in B.P. No. 280 of 2022, arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 357 of 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Masaurhi.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
