JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Spouses along with their respective counsels are present wherefrom it appears that the parties are eager to join hands. Consequent thereupon, it is expected that henceforth, the spouses will live their marital life happily. However, any sort of unwarranted activities at the end of petitioner will warrant deterrent punishment.
Having been assured at the end of respective counsels, petitioner, Sanjeev Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks in terms of condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with an additional condition that in case, any kind of grievance is raised by the informant, Sita Kumari
