In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused firing upon the deceased but, may be a member of the mob. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
