JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Special PP for the State. The dispute happens to be in between father and son. Son the appellant who is hell-bent upon to spoil the property and family atmosphere maintained by his father, the informant. Considering the activity of the appellant, I do not see it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is, accordingly, rejected.

However, if the case is compromised and father and son appear before the learned lower court, then in that event, the learned lower court will grant regular bail to the appellant on the same day.
