JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was travelling with gold of foreign origin without valid document and on fake ticket. He was having two driving licence, one in his name and the other in the name of one Slubramaniam S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been cheated by the agent. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.10.2021. Investigation is complete.
