2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 64, 66, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on the false pretext of marriage, this petitioner established physical relations with the informant's daughter and took nude photographs of the victim in mobile and thereafter, kept having physical relations with her on the threat to make her photo viral.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. The present complaint petition has been

No.61820 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 filed after inordinate delay of 17 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same, which itself makes the entire prosecution case doubtful. It is further submitted that the victim has neither been medically examined nor her statement was recorded before the Magistrate. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he established physical relations with the minor daughter of informant on the false pretext of marriage and continued the relations on the threat of making her nude photographs viral.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
