JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Annexure 2 shows that the deceased herself made statement before the police that the fire caught in her sari when she was cooking and on hulla husband and neighbuors came to rescue her. Also Annexures 2 and 3 shows that the father of the deceased in his statement before police said that the family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8376 of 2017 (4) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 members took the deceased to the Hospital for treatment and paid entire expenses incurred in treatment.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
