2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 313/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. One Anjali Kumari has called the deceased and the deceased, thereafter he was found dead.

5. During investigation, it has come that Sanjeev Kumar was the boyfriend of the Anjali Kumari and he has named the petitioner in his self-inculpatory statement as his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65545 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 accomplice in the murder of the deceased and materials have also come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. The petitioner is in jail since 3.7.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The trial is directed to be expedited.
