Patna High Court CWJC No.1074 of 2015 (3) dt.01-05-2015 2 / 2 in the two writ petitions submits that compromise has been entered into between the contesting parties i.e. the petitioner and the respondent No.2 and the petition to that effect has been filed before the Industrial Tribunal at Dhanbad which only awaits a completion of formality. He thus prays for disposal of the writ petition in view of such developments and which is disposed of accordingly.
