JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Though the present petition is directed towards quashing of the entire proceedings against the petitioners but Mr. Patanjali Rishi, the learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the petition in order to press the discharge petition, which has already been filed on behalf of the petitioners before the court below.

In case, the petitioners press the application for discharge, the court below shall consider all the grounds and shall pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
