Accusation is robbing of Rs. 26000/- and giving life threat for non-fulfilment of extortion demand of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused when nothing has been recovered from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P.
