The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that three country made pistols along with thirteen live cartridges are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Three country made pistols along with thirteen live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. case No.75 of 2019.
