In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 arising from Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

According to the first information report, the petitioner was carrying 30 Kg. Ganja.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 16th August 2014.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2658 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 arising from Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be wife of the petitioner.
