The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 270 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Seema Kumari the sister of the informant was married to Santosh Kumar the son of the petitioners seven years ago and due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and she buffalo she was being tortured and assaulted and ultimately she was killed and her dead body was also made traceless. Submission is of false implication and that the

No.11424 of 2017 (3) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 informant after realizing the truth has filed compromise petition in the Court of A.C.J.M.-1st, Motihari, East Champaran, wherein the informant has stated that his sister died due to diarrhoea and, as such, the petitioners who are old mother-in-law and father-in-law deserve sympathetic consideration.
The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the petitioners are old mother-in-law and father-in-law.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that the informant is now retracting from his earlier version and, as such, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st , East Champaran at Motihar, in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 270 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
