Petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 15.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 328, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation of demand of motorcycle is not specific against anyone. Moreover motorcycle is of no use of the petitioner, who is presently old person.

Considering the fact that the accusation is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3384 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 specific against the petitioner and period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.
