The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-354(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the family of informant and the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the maternal uncle of informant and several other persons had come to commit murder of the petitioner on the alleged date of occurrence but the petitioner anyhow got the information about the arrival of aforesaid persons and he immediately, informed the police through his mobile phone
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34100 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 and, thereafter, the police came and arrested the maternal uncle of the informant and some others and fire-arms were recovered from their conscious possession for which, Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 was registered and after institution of the aforesaid case, the family members of informant got instituted this case. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Ara subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
