Patna High Court CWJC No.19582 of 2019(12) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 is regarding non-grant of ACP/MACP.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievance regarding non-grant of ACP/MACP and interest over the delayed payment of retiral dues before the concerned authority.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
