The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 341, 504, 506, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and petitioner assaulted the informant by means of knife, due to which she sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The nature of injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58002 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 is said to be simple. Hence, no offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. case No.111 of 2019.
