The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 164/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018 having clean antecedent. Other co-accused have already been granted bail vide order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65186/2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.692 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 164/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) vinita/- U T
