The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.07.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 26.64 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-
