2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.3507 of 2019(3) dt.11-04-2025 2/3 No. 14580 of 2018, wherein, respondent no. 6 of the writ petition - the District Programme Officer, (Establishment), Samastipur has been directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners and pass necessary order(s) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

Opposite Party No. 6 - the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph no. 7, it has been stated that in compliance of order dated 10.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14580 of 2018, Opposite Party No. 6 has passed a reasoned order vide Memo No. 2696 dated 12.08.2021 rejecting the petitioners' prayer for promotion in view of departmental order contained in Memo No. 5066 dated 11.04.2019.

4. A copy of the reasoned order dated 12.08.2021 vide Memo No. 2696 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur has also been enclosed as Annexure-B to the show cause.

5. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 10.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14580 of 2018 has been
