The petitioners, who according to the learned counsel for the petitioners are stated to be over aged in terms of the Bihar State School Teacher (Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary Proceedings and Service Conditions) Rules, 2023 for participation in the recruitment of Assistant Teacher have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents for relaxation of their upper age limit in the recruitment that may be conducted in future.

3. Upon consideration of the contentions raised by the petitioners, I am of the view that the writ petition does not disclose a cause of action for issuance of notice to the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in limine.
