The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.12 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 506, 376, 406, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to family dispute. The F.I.R. has been lodged after six months of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60371 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No.12 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
