For setting aside the order dated 6.4.2021 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Anganwari Appeal No.160 of 2019 by which appeal preferred by the Respondent No.7 against the order dated 4.7.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya in Anganwari Case No.15 of 2019 has been allowed.

II. For direction to the respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganwari Sewika for Amhara

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
