The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons is of assaulting the informant and her husband and causing injuries to them. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Bindo Devi. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
