2. After some argument, Mr. Ansul, learned Senior Advocate for petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below.

3. In view thereof, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Suffice it to observe that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the jurisdictional court shall consider the prayer for bail without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
