2. The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of the writ Court dated 21.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 4028 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2, inter alia, submitting that the award amount has already been deposited in the learned Court below with intimation to the petitioner to appear and place his stand regarding his share in the award amount. It is therefore, submitted that the order of the writ Court stands complied with as concerned with the opposite parties.

4. By order dated 11.02.2019 the petitioner was granted an opportunity to verify the fact regarding payment. Once again

Patna High Court MJC No.4003 of 2016 dt.25-04-2019 2/2 further opportunity, as a matter of last indulgence, was granted on 28.03.2019 for the purpose. The petitioner however, has not filed any affidavit to controvert the stand of the opposite parties.

5. Having regard to the stand of the opposite parties, MJC No. 4003 of 2016 stands disposed of.
