The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, twelve named accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and the members of his family.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case by the informant to set up a defence for themselves. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 19.5.2020 and 16.5.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.150 of 2022(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 respectively. Coaccused Gopal Bhuiyan has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.6.2021 (Annexure-2) while Arjun Bhuiyan and Sonu Bhuiyan have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 1.9.2021 (Annexure-3). The investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegation in the FIR, grant of bail to the above three coaccused together with the investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs both the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case no. 39 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI -cumSpecial Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad.
