JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

On basis of the pleadings on record of the writ petition respondent State makes it clear that steps have been taken for regularization of the petitioner's service as Chaukidar on which post he is said to be working since 1985.

Since specific stand of the respondents is that the petitioner has been found qualified for regularization and that steps are being taken to complete the process of regularization, this Court does not consider it appropriate to keep the writ petition

The interest of justice would be served if the District Magistrate, Buxar (respondent no.7) is directed to complete the process in terms of communication contained in Annexure F dated 22.6.2016 bearing memo no. 493, Annexure G dated 29.12.2016 bearing memo no. 1183 and Annexure H dated 3.5.2017 bearing memo no.445 of the counter affidavit dated 18.8.2017 respectively within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
