Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Upendra Rai named six persons and alleged that the accused persons came and tried to cultivate. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Surendra Rai with Dab. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case was lodged on 03.07.2014. Prior to lodging of this case the petitioner filed informatory petition on 22.05.2014 apprehending danger of life at the hands of informant and others. The informant got injury caused by sharp cutting weapon. The injury was simple in nature. The wife of the petitioner filed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3522 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Marhurah P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014 on 17.09.2014 under different sections of the Indian Penal Code. Having considered the fact that there is land dispute between the parties , the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Marhurah P.S. Case no. 210 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
