This application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed by the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Bail Petition No. 289 of 2022 arising out of Complaint Case No. 476 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have assaulted the petitioner for demand of dowry.
4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72051 of 2022(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good or sufficient ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no.2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
5. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
6. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Complaint Case No. 476 of 2016 at the earliest prefereably within six months from today. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
