2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.09.2012 passed in Palasi P.S. Case No.43 of 2011 (GR No.800 of 2011) by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and directed issuance of process against the petitioners.

3. Considering the stage of the case and also that a prima facie case has been found against the petitioners having regard to the accusations in the first information report and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
