The present Criminal Revision has been filed on 05.12.2016 and on 13.01.2017 this case has been listed for removal of defects, pointed out by the office but no one appeared. On 16.03.2017 this case appeared before the Bench and it was directed to ignore defect no. 14(2) and a peremptory order was passed to remove the other defects as pointed by the Stamp Reporter, within one week. On 20.02.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however learned A.P.P. for the State appeared and as a last indulgence, one week further time was granted. On 27.02.2023, on the second consecutive
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1208 of 2016(6) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 date, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner but learned A.P.P. for the State appeared and this Hon'ble Court pleased to grant last indulgence again in this case, thereafter, this case has been listed today and again on repeated call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
From the earlier progress of this case, it transpires that the petitioner has no interest left in this case, as such, the present case is dismissed due to non-prosecution.
