The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal bearing B.B.C. Appeal no. 490 of 2017-18 is pending before the respondent no. 3 and Mutation Appeal no. 3 of 2018-19 is pending before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, hence it is prayed that the same be directed to be expedited.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20536 of 2019 dt.24-10-2019 2/2 petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the District Magistrate, Patna and the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the aforesaid appeal and the mutation case within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
