The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In this case allegation is of under Sections 304B/34 IPC and petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and there is general and omnibus allegation. It has further been submitted that deceased was mentally depressed, as such, she committed suicide. It has further been submitted that suicide note of the deceased has

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that suicide note of the deceased has been recovered in which she named the petitioners also.
Heard both sides and from perusal of the FIR it appears that on the deceased had informed the informant about demand of one Scorpio vehicle and torture also and further there is suicidal note of the deceased, though it has not been tested up-tillnow, but I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
