2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504 and 34 of IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Arvind Kumar alleged that on 28.05.2007 at about 12:00 PM , petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64811 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 135 of 2007 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
