2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that the petitioner has earlier moved this Court by filing writ application for the relief against the Managing Committee of the College and the same was dismissed as not maintainable. The order of the writ Court was affirmed by the L.P.A. Court. However, he submits that the University (the affiliating authority) has a role to play in order to keep control over the affiliated Colleges and the affiliated College cannot act in arbitrary manner. He submits that the

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ application stands disposed of.
