The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 for offences under Sections 498(A), 341, 328, 504/34 IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.2.2020, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner wherein statement has been made in para-6 that the petitioner is ready to pay maximum Rs. 1,000/- per month to the opposite party No. 2.

Considering that the bare necessity requires more

No.57623 of 2019(7) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 money, the Court asked counsel for the petitioner whether the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,500/- per month alimony as one of the conditions for grant of anticipatory bail, Mr. Mishra submits that the Court may grant indulgence and petitioner will pay Rs. 2,500/- per month to the opposite party No. 2. Considering the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.

36 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C., and further that the petitioner shall keep on paying Rs. 2,500/- per month as alimony to the opposite party No.2. In the event the petitioner fails to deposit even one instalment, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
